The Family Community Network is pleased to say we raised $2800 in support of 28 local families for Thanksgiving. Below are new initiatives if you can assist.
Family Community Network is reaching out to connect with our school counselors and assist families in need this holiday.
Below is a link for items needed (to be dropped off) at the Middle and High School.
We are also in need of cash donations and food/Amazon gift cards for the families. There are approximately 40 families across the district who will benefit from a little extra help to make their holiday special.
Gift cards can be dropped by our house (any denomination) 7165 Heath Markham Road, Lima and my number is 585-233-3268.
Cash donations can be made via Venmo to @laurene-hofmann or you can mail or drop off a check payable to HFM Rotary (memo, holiday helpers).
All donations should be received by December 16th.
Family Community Network has Elves working on creating holiday cards for the Seniors at Pinehurst. If you or a family member would like to join that effort, please let me know. Also, if you know of a local Senior that is not at Pinehurst but who might like to receive a holiday note from a new friend, I'd love their address.
